Job Duties Include:
Evening timming: 3:00pm-12:00am
Night timming: 8:00pm-3:30am

• Identify prospects through online directories
• Cold call prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies using a given online directory to sell products.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
• Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
• Follow through orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases
• Keep records of calls and sales
• Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.

Telemarketer Skills and Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

· Select colors, images, text style, and layout
· Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
· Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
· Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites
· Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
· Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
· Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
