Timings: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM
Salary Bracket: PKR 400,000 – 500,000 + Commission

Kamsoft Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Unit Head (Upwork) to lead and scale our Upwork operations. If you have strong leadership, sales, and client management skills along with industry experience, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Upwork business unit
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue
• Handle client communication and conduct calls professionally
• Close high-value deals and ensure consistent revenue growth
• Identify upselling opportunities and maximize account value
• Manage team performance and ensure target achievement

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of industry experience
• Strong knowledge of 2D & 3D Animation services
• Strong Knowledge of Web & App Service
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident in handling international client calls
• Proven track record in sales closing and upselling
• Leadership mindset with strong decision-making abilities

The Role We are looking for a CG Generalist who leans heavily into the technical and artistic side of Lighting and VFX. While you should be comfortable with modeling and layout, your primary mission is to take assets and environments and bring them to life with atmosphere, lighting, and dynamic effects.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

• Cinematic Lighting: Design and execute lighting setups for characters and environments using Cycles.
• VFX Implementation: Create stylized or photorealistic effects using Geometry Nodes, Mantaflow, and particle systems.
• Scene Assembly: Organize complex scenes, manage render layers, and prepare passes for compositing.
• Optimization: Debug render issues, reduce noise, and optimize shader for performance.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠:

• 3+ years of professional experience in 3D Animation or Game Art.
• Mastery of Blender: Specifically, Cycles, Eevee, and the Geometry Nodes workspace.
• Eye for Composition: You understand color temperature, volumetric lighting, and depth of field.
• Problem Solving: You can figure out why a fluid sim is exploding or why a render is flickering.
• Bonus: Experience with Python scripting or Unreal Engine integration.
