A lot of youngsters go to school for they think they unnecessarily have to, out of which a huge amount of them skip school and spend time in activities besides studies. All the reasons provoking them to skip school are the lack of interest towards studies. t as a boredom, or lack of willingness and ability to understand the subject. Both the former and the later can completely destroy the perception of importance of education for any child. We at Zai Institute put all our effort to solve the issue at the grass root level. A lot of focus is given on their personal and professional development by enhancing their communication skills, boosting their confidence, providing them with situations where they can broaden their vision, such as group discussions, assignments, power point presentation and practical’s. In order to relate to the problems of the youngsters we have employed young teachers, who not only advise the students in their best interest but also assist them throughout the time period they are enrolled in the institutions. Once a child is a part of Zai Institute, he/she shall be taken care of by all the faculty members.
