We are proud to provide complete audio visual and lighting production for a prestigious University Convocation Ceremony, delivering a seamless visual and sound experience for thousands of attendees.
For this large-scale academic event, our team installed a massive 15’ x 50’ main SMD screen on the stage, ensuring clear visibility of the ceremony, presentations, and live moments. To enhance viewing for guests seated further inside the marquee, we also installed four 10’ x 10’ LED screens hanging on truss structures, providing a live view of the stage from every corner of the venue.

Our production team designed a full truss rigging system suspended from the marquee ceiling, supporting professional stage lighting for general illumination and ambient atmosphere, creating an elegant and well-lit environment suitable for a formal academic ceremony.
For broadcast-quality coverage, we deployed our multi-camera OB setup, capturing every moment of the ceremony. The event was also live streamed on social media, allowing family members and audiences who could not attend in person to watch the convocation in real time.
