Position Summary
We are looking for highly motivated and creative people to join our Cloud Administration and Support team. Working closely with our product developers and our business clients, you will be part of a team that administers and supports our financial product embedded with Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will gain exposure to all operational functions of the company, with future opportunities to hone your skills in areas of interest.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud System Administration:
• Provisioning and administration for Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office and Exchange
• Perform deployments and Solution installations
• Monitoring internal and customer environments for performance and uptime
• Ensure security policies and processes are adhered to
• Procure, set up and manage internal IT assets
• Develop and improve support process and case management
Support:
• Escalation contact point for internal and external customer support/help desk
• Investigate and isolate issues
• Ensure all cases are logged and monitored in the ticketing system
• Communicate with customers regarding status of cases and request more details when needed
• Maintain knowledge base and support materials
• Assist clients with configuration and data management
• Engage with partners and third-party service providers
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administration Associate
• Microsoft Cloud Services, Windows Server, IIS, Azure
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
• Full understanding of cloud computing fundamentals
• PowerShell and knowledge of JSON and XML for configuration files
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mind with an ability to quickly dissect information
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to quickly investigate and learn new technologies and third-party products
• Fully proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard office productivity tools
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Experience of deploying PowerBI dashboards or equivalent reporting tools
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• An understanding of Customer Engagement Software concepts
• Knowledge of asset finance and commercial lending industry
