“Everything is within your power, and your power is within you.”


Today was an extraordinary celebration of women empowerment in our workplace, hats off to the efforts of our boys. With their creative touch, they crafted handmade charts reflecting women empowerment visually, religiously and poetically; symbolizing their deep respect and admiration for the women among us. But their gesture didn't end there; they surprised us further with beautifully woven baskets, as a recognition of our females' contributions. Their gestures serves as a reminder of the power of unity and solidarity in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. 👏

In honoring women empowerment in such a meaningful way, our male colleagues have not only shown their appreciation but also demonstrated a commitment to equality and respect. Their initiative inspires us all to continue advocating for progress and inclusivity, reaffirming that true empowerment comes from lifting each other up and standing together as equals. Recently, we had this amazing session on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), led by our very own one man army Abeer Azhar. She really nailed it by diving deep into all the nitty-gritty details and making sure we all understood what is EOS and how to implement it. But what made it truly special was how engaging she was. Abeer genuinely kept us all hooked with her interactive Q&A sessions and made sure nobody felt left out. It was seriously awesome! 👏
