Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for the uploading of new products, ensuring deadlines are met by completing uploads on a weekly basis and making sure product specs are provided on time.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience to provide
the customer with relevant information, advice, and conversion opportunities.
• Day to day management of the Record, and Strong Command over Spoken-English with having good American or British Accent...
• Owning client relationships and having strong communication with clients and other team members
• Directing or performing Report updates.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining portals.
• Knowledgeable of the space that includes marketing strategies, product development.
• Competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.
