• Proven experience as Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of Social Media Marketing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., Creator Studio, Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads etc.)
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
• Skills and experience in creative content writing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
As a Social Media Marketer, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
• Oversee plan and deliver content and create content calendar for posting across different platforms
• Create engaging multimedia content (in collaboration with the relevant teams)
• Use marketing tools available with the company
• Develop, launch and manage new campaigns aligned with the company's business strategy
• Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
• Undertake audience research
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
• Recommend improvements to increase performance
• Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
• Direct interested customers/ leads to the sales team
