We are hiring INBOUND Call Center Agents for our growing agent ,must be fluent in english with the following qualities.

Manage of inbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts”
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
Requirements /SOPs:

US Shift Timings 9 pm to 6 am.
Basic Salary + Commission+ Bonus
Fresh or 6 months Experience
Display exceptional selling skills and understanding of sales processes.
A knack for problem-solving.
Must be organized and process-oriented.
US campaign
