As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for issues and questions about the service. You will not only be responsible for providing world-class assistance via calls and chats, but will also have the opportunity to define Telos support processes and work with our team to develop and scale the Technical Support function.

What You'll Do

• Chat and Phone Support - Answer inbound inquiries coming through our support hotline, live chat feature.
• Customer Service Analysis - collect customer support requests and issues and relay findings to the product and engineering teams to address these issues

What We're Looking For

• Natural instinct to empathize with users
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Fluent spoken and written English skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and working on the weekends

· Responsive for providing Customer Service to the US Consumer.

· Address their questions/queries

· Address billing and any other query

· Complaint management and resolving customer queries

· Providing exceptional customer experience

· Excellent Command over English language with neutral accent.

· Neutral American accent would be preferred.

· Flexible to work during US working hours.

· Excellent communication (listening speaking, writing)

· Must Have a laptop and Internet connection (if and when required to work from home)

· Basic Salary :PKR 35,000

· KPI: PKR 5,000
