Our software house is currently seeking talented individuals to fill several positions in our team. We are looking for dynamic, creative and dedicated individuals who are passionate about technology and eager to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.
1. Junior Designer: We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented and proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Responsibilities include assisting in the design and development of visual assets for web and mobile applications, creating wireframes and mockups, and participating in brainstorming sessions with the team.
2. React/React Native: We are seeking a skilled React/React Native developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing complex, high-performance applications using React and React Native. Responsibilities include working with the team to design and develop user interfaces, integrating with APIs and third-party services, and conducting code reviews and testing.
3. Android App Developer: We are seeking an experienced Android App Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing complex, high-performance Android applications. Responsibilities include working with the team to design and develop user interfaces, integrating with APIs and third-party services, and conducting code reviews and testing.
4. Digital Marketer: We are seeking a creative and experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, managing social media accounts, conducting market research and analysis, and optimizing campaigns for maximum results.

Waterfall
Waterfall is an SDLC approach. In this approach process is seems as a downward like waterfall. Development is divided into different phase and each phase has different objects. Waterfall model based on 5 stages that are: analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance.

Scrum?
Scrum used as big and small objects. Product owner represent customers and other stakeholders. Product owner derived product blocklog of all work that is needed for a project. Work is done by self organizing team which set a period of time in which work has been done. Scrum master helps the team to understand the rules and practices. Sprint is created to complete the work. At the end sprint team review it for result that how they work.
