Be reliable, trustworthy, take initiative, have a certain level of independent and managerial thinking, be able to make some decisions when required without consulting, be able to operate successfully when empowered, be able to work independently, respect working hours even if unsupervised
Have the flexibility to work extra hours during the phase of preparation of a project
Be available to attend and assist in the running of local programs in Cambridge, or any other workshops run for delegations coming from outside the UK.
