The team had its quarterly assembly pending and we thought, why organize it the same way at HQ when we could do something weโ€™ve never done before.

So we took everyone out to the outskirts of Peshawar, booked a farmhouse, arranged a qawwali group, got the BBQ going, and thatโ€™s how Team Antonx had its first ever traditional rabab mangi night under the open sky.
25 people, zero work stress, all vibes (and nobody wanted to go home).
Who would believe we pulled this night together in less than 48 hours which everyone enjoyed to the fullest. ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŽถ

Thereโ€™s something about Ramazan that makes everything feel a little more human๐Ÿ’ซ

Breaking fast with the people you spend most of your waking hours with hits differently. You see them outside the context of deadlines and deliverables, and you remember, oh right, theyโ€™re just people too.

Recently, Antonx hosted its annual team iftar and it was, quietly, one of our favourite moments of the year. Nothing big or fancy happened. Everyone was just thereโ€ฆ present.
And sometimes that reflects the real spirit of community.

Grateful for a team that shows up, not just for the tasks, but for each other.

It is with mixed emotions that we bid farewell to our project manager, Hamad Jan.
After being here for just over a year and a half, he leaves behind great memories and a team that will deeply miss his chocolates.
Weโ€™ll miss him at the stand-ups and honestly, everywhere else too.

Yes, four promotions (๐‘กโ„Ž๐‘’ ๐‘๐‘œ๐‘ฆ๐‘  ๐‘Ÿ๐‘’๐‘Ž๐‘™๐‘™๐‘ฆ ๐‘ก๐‘œ๐‘œ๐‘˜ ๐‘กโ„Ž๐‘’ ๐‘ค๐‘–๐‘›๐‘ก๐‘’๐‘Ÿ ๐‘Ž๐‘Ÿ๐‘ ๐‘ ๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘ข๐‘ ๐‘™๐‘ฆ).

AntonX is happy to announce their transition from โ€œthe junior who needs helpโ€ to โ€œthe person we call when something breaks.โ€ In all honesty, theyโ€™ve become the people we rely on.

Bilal and Haris Hummam are now Associate Software Engineers, Ibrar Ullah is an Associate DevOps Engineer, and Asad Ali is a Product Designer๐Ÿ’ช

All four earned it the old-fashioned way: by excelling at their craft and continuously upskilling.

We didnโ€™t show up for the job fair only. We believe the best talent isnโ€™t always in the usual places, and KUST, you proved that point.

To the students who showed up with questions that didnโ€™t come from a script, who wanted to understand what we actually do beyond the surface, thatโ€™s the kind of energy you canโ€™t teach, only recognize.
