The deal isnt closed when the client says “yes.”
Its closed when the payment lands.
And theres a small gap in the sales process where agencies can lose momentum.
A closer finishes the call.
The prospect is ready to move forward.
Then:
→ Someone has to create the invoice
→ The payment link comes from another tool
→ It gets sent later through WhatsApp or email
→ The prospect gets distracted
→ The momentum from the call starts disappearing
The sales team did the difficult part.
But the workflow created friction after the “yes.”
While building Ledrix, this is one of the problems I wanted to remove.
If the closer already has the lead open, the workflow should continue from the same place:
Lead → Conversation → Order → Payment
No jumping between multiple systems just to collect the money.
But this isnt really about adding another CRM feature.
Its about designing software around how people actually work.
Thats something Ive learned repeatedly while building CRM, SaaS and custom business systems:
The best automation often removes the gap between two actions people already perform.
Agency owners and sales teams:
What happens in your business immediately after a prospect says “yes”?
Id genuinely like to know how youre handling that handoff today.
