International Center for Applied Sciences and Technology (iCAST) is a learning,
development and research institute that aim to bridge the gap between theory and
practice. By analyzing the existing
academic systems in Pakistan iCAST team observed a missing link between the state-of-the-art and state-of-the-practice which results in ineffective education system. From the research viewpoint the gap
is even higher. It was realized that higher the gap between state-of-the-art and state-of-the-practice or in other words
between theory vs practice the higher will be the chances of failure.To overcome this problem iCAST team decided to provide a solution which integrate theory and practice. Stepping towards the solution iCAST initiated an institute which provides a learning environment for advance technological space and working on the software solutions by implementing the advance technologies.
