Last week, we shared a short contact poster with all our Alice clients, presenting the people responsible for different areas and types of support.
Ensuring smooth, transparent, and efficient communication is very important to us. We want our clients to always know who to contact - whether it’s about new feature ideas, technical questions, onboarding matters, or everyday software usage.
We hope that clarifying these communication paths will help us respond to our clients’ requests even faster and more effectively, while also avoiding the involvement of unnecessary people in the process.
