👀 What we’re looking for: ☑️ 3+ years of BA experience, ideally on technical products, ITSM, or service desk projects. ☑️ Power-user knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (you understand workflows, request types, SLAs, automations, and permissions inside out!). ☑️ Tech-savvy mindset: solid grasp of APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and integrations. ☑️ Great communication skills: C1 English level is a must for collaborating across our international teams. ☑️ Facilitation power: confidence to run workshops, translate business needs into user stories, and challenge requirements when a simpler solution exists.

A great game, an incredible atmosphere and plenty of reasons to cheer! 🙌

Our employees had the opportunity to experience the Borussia Mönchengladbach vs Aston Villa match live at ista-Borussia Park. It was an evening filled with football emotions, passionate fans and a lot of shared fun.

We’ve recently welcomed our new Apollo team, and things are already moving at full speed!

To kick off our journey, we started with an onboarding session at our home base in Gliwice - a great chance to connect, build strong relationships, and set a positive atmosphere for the work ahead.

Next up? Denmark! 🇩🇰 We headed over for a hands-on workshop with ista DK to dive deep into their proven, automated billing processes. The goal? To take the best of Danish expertise, tools, and best practices and adapt them to our new project: automating billing processes for the Dutch market. 🇳🇱

What makes Team Apollo special is our cross-border strength. Bringing together colleagues from Germany, Poland, and Romania, with expertise across both Mirus and WebNimbus platforms, allows us to combine diverse perspectives and craft smart, reliable solutions.

Beyond the tech, the workshop was packed with open discussions, practical alignment on our daily tools, and - most importantly - great energy! We’re coming back with solid foundations, clear standards, and a shared vision.

Next stop on our tech journey: Schiedam! 🇳🇱✨

Our team recently spent some intense but highly productive days on-site in the Netherlands, working hand-in-hand with our Dutch colleagues on the rollout of the MIRUS system.

From deep-dive workshops to hands-on training, it was a fantastic collaborative effort. We are gradually implementing MIRUS across more ista entities in Europe to build a highly efficient, future-proof setup.

But as we always say – great projects don’t just run on technology, they run on great relationships. Once the workshops wrapped up, we made sure to explore the beautiful canals of Schiedam, wander around Rotterdam, and share plenty of laughs together. 🌆👣

Huge thanks to the local team for the warm welcome! We're already looking forward to the next steps of this journey. 🚀

Tech, teamwork, and... a championship trophy! 🏆💻

Our team recently spent two fantastic days in Madrid for a hands-on workshop on IT tools for Field Service Management. It was a great opportunity to exchange best practices, discuss the future of field operations, and bring fresh motivation back to Poland. 🇪🇸🤝🇵🇱

But it wasn’t just about systems and processes! The absolute highlight of the trip? Lifting the ista Soccer Cup together! ⚽🏆

It was the perfect reminder that:

🤓 Great tech starts with strong teamwork.
🤓Shared moments outside the meeting room build the best foundations for future projects.
🤓Winning together is what the ista spirit is all about.
