Most companies have „People First” in their pitch deck, but very few have it in their calendar.

The real measure of a great culture isn’t the perks, it’s what people choose to do when no one’s watching. Like voluntarily hopping on a Friday evening train from Wrocław or Katowice to Kraków, sometimes with a dog in tow 🐾, just to spend time with their team. Just like last Friday’s board games night!

That’s the kind of connection you can’t really fake, wouldn’t you agree?
