🔹 Your Role:
✅ Design, build, and maintain an automation framework for testing global systems
✅ Manage, monitor, and enhance infrastructure
✅ Develop custom tools to boost engineering productivity
✅ Define and implement automation strategies for efficiency improvements
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders across international locations
✅ Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 8–10 years of experience in software testing
✔️ 3+ years in the finance sector (Prime Brokerage & Swaps preferred)
✔️ Strong background in functional & automation testing
✔️ Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks
✔️ Knowledge of regression testing & Software Development Lifecycle
✔️ Proficiency in a modern programming language is a plus
✔️ Strong analytical and communication skills
