We're launching a new department – Customer Success. And its first person is Daria Shvetc.
The more automation and AI agents become part of our work, the more space we want to give to the thing no algorithm can replace: the relationship with the client. That's why we're building Customer Success as a department rooted in trust, communication and a real understanding of the client's business – not as another layer of automation.
Daria brings 6+ years of experience in SEO and digital project management, having worked with international clients across Europe, the UK, the US and Australia. She has managed complex digital projects and coordinated teams across SEO, content, CRO, UX and development – experience that now shapes how she builds client relationships at NON.agency.
