🐾 Fundacja Międzynarodowy Ruch Na Rzecz Zwierząt Viva! runs an animal rescue program, and alone in 2022, they conducted 115 interventions in cases of suspected animal abuse and rescued 52 animals.

🐾We decided to help them maximise their actions with technology as their animal report system was inefficient and time-consuming due to the many sources and Excel files they needed to update manually.

One of the most exciting features of .NET 6 is minimal APIs. They allow for very easy creation of fast and scalable APIs without excessive code.

Our IT MeetUp speaker Cristian Demkowicz will compare them to previous .NET solutions in his presentation and address the most common concerns, such as:

↪️How to structure projects built with minimal APIs,
↪️How to test them,
↪️How to use them in a commercial environment in a way that maximizes their benefits and minimizes headaches.

As a level 7 full-stack web developer and a lover of all things related to clean code and architecture, Cristian tries to be technology-agnostic when selecting tools. Still, he primarily worked with .NET and JS (BE and FE) in a wonderful journey from startups to corporations to our amazing team at Setapp. After hours, he works on his indie game and read tons of literature.
