What if different minds weren't seen as a challenge, but as our greatest strength? 🚀
At Next Technology, we recently completed a training on neurodiversity in the workplace, delivered by Paulina Gołaska, PhD from the Centrum Wspierania Relacji Fundacja Relacyjni. It is worth mentioning that we connected with the foundation thanks to the Mentoring Walk initiative, organized by the Stowarzyszenie Centrum PISOP and ABSL Poland Poznań.
The sessions helped us understand how different cognitive styles shape our daily work and how small, intentional changes in communication and structure can make a massive difference for everyone.
💡 Some of our key takeaways:
* Neurodiversity is a natural and valuable part of human diversity — it's about different ways of processing information - not deficits
* Clear, direct communication and predictable structures support better collaboration for the whole team.
* Diverse cognitive styles are a driver for innovation, creativity, and fresh perspectives.
Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to such an open, honest discussion and a huge thank you to the Relacyjni Foundation and Paulina Gołaska, PhD, for helping us raise awareness and build a more inclusive culture. 💙
Building an inclusive workplace starts with awareness and continues through our everyday actions. 💪
