Tested the "Nearby Glasses" app — it didn’t detect Meta Ray-Ban Gen 2.
Worse, it can be spoofed by fake Bluetooth signals.
BLE detection sounds like a solid idea, but doesn't work for all devices

I tested Nearby Glasses app that’s supposed to detect smart glasses:
👉 My Meta Ray-Ban Gen 2? Invisible
👉 BLE detection? Doesn’t work when paired
👉 Even worse — signals can be faked

Smart glasses like Meta Ray-Ban can record video, audio, and photos...
