After the success of 1649c, which helps high school students prepare for their final math exams, Projekt Matematyka decided to take the next step in expanding its digital offering.

This time, they wanted to create a dedicated e-learning platform for their in-person students, allowing them to attend classes remotely and access study materials anytime, anywhere.

The new platform offers a rich learning experience, providing students with materials in multiple formats, including video lessons, exercises, and downloadable resources. At the same time, it enhances operational efficiency through automations and integrations with external payment and invoicing systems, reducing administrative workload and ensuring a seamless user experience.

By combining education with smart technology, Projekt Matematyka continues to innovate in digital learning, making math more accessible than ever.

The financial sector continues to evolve, driven by both market demand and increasing regulations. While high interest rates still impact investment decisions, major financial institutions remain optimistic about upcoming years.

Embracing this transformation, Finch Capital, a Dutch Venture Capital fund, partnered with us for a full redesign of their website. Our goal was to create a platform that reflects their dynamic approach to fintech investments.

By combining a clean, modern design with interactive animations, we delivered a website that enhances user experience and brand positioning. This was also the first commercial project where we decided to use the Next.js framework, which has since become our flagship technology and primary choice for large-scale web projects.

Staying within the legal and accounting industry, we recently developed an intuitive content management system, along with a dedicated design template that can be customized to match the style of any modern accounting firm.

Among the firms using the system are KDS Księgowość Warszawa, KPLM, and Kancelaria Dega Koroluk. This proves that even an industry often perceived as traditional can benefit from a modern, tech-driven approach to attract clients' attention.

Check out one of our all-time favourite projects, in which we managed to fully digitize the document workflow and task management for KPPLegal - a large legal office from Warsaw.

After 2+ years in use, the system still keeps evolving, boosting efficiency for lawyers and reducing paper consumption!

This simple yet conceptually complex platform was designed closely around user and business needs. Before we jumped to coding we held multiple in-depth interviews and spent many hours on process diagramming, wireframing as well as usability testing. Thanks to that we managed to build the app that fitted well into existing processes, which ensured fast adoption on an organizational level.

With the first month of 2025 behind us, it's a great time to reflect on the past year and showcase our recent work.

For both employers and employees, the past year was challenging. Investors grew more cautious, leading to fewer projects and many being put on hold. As a result, many professionals had to seek new job opportunities.

Fortunately, we not only managed to navigate these challenges but also achieved a 22% year-over-year growth. We also expanded our team - welcoming two new members. This wouldn’t be possible without our long-lasting partners as well as new ones that joined forces with us only last year. For these partners we delivered projects, which we’ll be showcasing here over the next weeks.

2024 was for us also a year of industry recognition. In the TechBehemoths ranking, we were honored as one of Poland’s top companies in React.js, Web Development, and UX/UI Design categories. We were also named among the top software houses in Poland by Business Insider, link in comment below.

Check out the MVP we built for Projekt Matematyka - kurs matematyki!

Projekt matematyka is a well known private math academy from Warsaw, which had a strong interest in expanding its presence on polish market through sale of online courses.

In order to validate this idea, we designed and developed a custom e-learning platform along with an integrated landing page, enabling for fast concept validation without compromising the user experience.
