We require:
-Practical knowledge of Java language, its API and the surrounding ecosystem,
-Good familiarity with Android SDK,
-Experience in using Android Studio and version control system (SVN or GIT),
-Passion for mobile development,
-Strong problem foreseeing and solving skills. Excellent "big picture" overview and understanding of interdependencies of the solution as a whole, not limited to the functionality of the developed software but including resiliency, efficiency, and security of the solution.
-Good spoken and written English.
You will:
-design and implement consumer mobile and backend software for multiple major financial industry clients
-participate in implementation and system tests
-participate in analyzing requirements and design stages
-manage tasks within a project plan - coordinate and delegate tasks
-lead development activities
-support pre-sales (specification and technical part of a client offer)
-make sure, that code developed by the team meets all the requirements (responsibility for the team and tasks assignment)
-collaborate with the recruiting team to attract, onboard and retain top talent
