Exciting updates for Contract Signatures!
You can now add additional participants!
An Additional participant is a recipient that is involved in the contract but not necessarily a signer.

You can use the additional participants option to provide visibility, you can also choose how much visibility must be provided, all the way from the contract creation to signature notification and eventually completion or rejection of the contract.

Approval Path is getting a very practical update! 😎
The approval process is, in most cases, not meant to run "forever", but even so, very often getting approvals can take a long time and may even be no longer relevant. 🤔

Well, we aim to improve that by introducing expiry dates! By creating deadlines, we can increase the priority level of the specified approval in progress! 🌟 🚀

We added Parallel groups to Approval Path a while back however there may be a merit to to mention it. 🤔
Parallel groups allow you to create an approval definition where all user will get instance access to the approval step without wait (at the same time).⏳
This is specially useful for gathering approvals faster IF there is no need for a hierarchical order of approvers 🙂 ⚡

With our new update, apart from from letting you sign-off Confluence page and Jira issues, you can also check opening logs! see if the contracts have been accessed yet, you can also get additional data such as user agent, IP address, date and time and more every time an ongoing contract is accessed! 📜

Here's a hint for Admins using Approval Path!

Did you know you can customize permission schemes for Approval Path? You may opt for more relaxed access to approvals or wish to restrict users from particular actions (for example, deleting approvals); regardless, make sure to check the global settings and checkout our "Permission" tab.

Of course, this is true for both and versions of Approval Path.

Here's something you should know about the less obvious side of Approval Path, primarily if you work in a big team!
Did you know that you can use notification definitions? 📣🛎
If your work and company rely on visibility, make sure to check the "Notification" option on Approval Path.
Once triggered, it will inform the assignees about the action with a single click. 🚀

Keep in mind you can securely notify external users as well ;)
