Following a year of instability and significant changes in the European tech sector, marked by a reported 30-50% reduction in hiring by startups and nearly a 50% decline in pay raises compared to 2022, what employees are now seeking is a sense of positivity regarding their prospects.
When it comes to actual roles that will be most in-demand in 2024, Deloitte’s most recent annual Tech Trends report has some insights.
The industrial metaverse:
According to Deloitte's report, metaverse capabilities are evolving, with a focus on spatial technologies, particularly in industrial applications, expected to lead to job growth.
Generative AI:
