Trust in a banking app depends not only on whether the process is secure, but also on whether users understand what is happening on the screen. In critical journeys, clear statuses, predictable messages, and well-described consequences of actions are especially important.
This applies particularly to situations where customers act quickly: locking a card, confirming a transaction, changing limits, or responding to a security alert.

✅ Does the message explain what the situation means?
✅ Are the next steps clear?
✅ Are important actions easy to find?
