Apx ME is equipped with a Vibration Conducting Driver. It is a specially selected and customized transducer that translates the audio signal into pure, very low-frequency vibration.

During our internal research on conventional bone-conduction speakers, we found that they did not deliver meaningful results. Instead, we chose a driver with a very low frequency peak resonance of around 250 Hz, allowing it to add physicality and extra weight to bass notes.

In Apx ME, this vibration is carried through the internal structure of the earphone directly into the ear canal, enhancing the sense of impact without interfering with clarity. Due to its construction, the Vibration Conducting Driver may produce a noticeable ringing effect when the shell is tapped or when you speak with the earphones in, and no music is playing, as your voice naturally activates the vibration element.
