"Efficient UAV-Based Thermal Inspection of Photovoltaic Installations Using Deep Neural Networks"
The paper presents a scalable AI-based methodology for thermal inspection of photovoltaic installations using UAV-acquired radiometric imagery.
Built on five years of real-world UAV inspections, the research introduces a publicly available annotated thermographic dataset and demonstrates how deep learning enables reliable, large-scale PV diagnostics.
The research behind this publication has directly contributed to the development of PV SENSE - our AI-driven platform for automated thermal inspection and reporting of photovoltaic installations.
This publication reflects years of research and engineering by our R&D team.
