🛠️ We delivered a production-ready internal tool to our client within three weeks.

It's not just a prototype. The client’s marketing team is already using the tool for research, lead classification, and personalized campaign generation.

Previously, most of these tasks were done manually, and each campaign was created from scratch.

The obvious alternative was another ready-made platform. But that would mean adapting the client’s process to a tool designed for “everyone”.

🔁 Instead, we used Claude Code to develop the 'campaign-generator' tool tailored to their specific workflow.

Our CEO, Daniel Mikucki, has written an article detailing the entire process, including:
→ Catching costly edge cases before development
→ Maintaining the tool’s reliability after launch
→ Keeping ongoing AI costs under control
→ Pitfalls we discovered and practical advice

Key takeaway:

❗ AI makes development faster, but what turns generated code into a tool people can actually rely on is the approach used.

Stop measuring your team's AI usage by tokens spent ❌

It tells you nothing about whether AI is actually making your team faster and quietly makes your best people feel watched rather than supported.

There's a better way to measure it: ✔️ By outcome, per feature.

How exactly do you do that?

Major change in Angular: 😯 We’ll now only get one major version per year!

This is a meaningful change, especially for companies maintaining large Angular applications.

Under the new cycle:
→ 4–6 minor versions per major version (per year)
→ 24 months of support for new versions instead of 18
→ 12 months of active support instead of 6

💼 From a business perspective, a longer release cycle makes modernization easier to plan while keeping delivery on track, as teams have more time to prepare.

It may also reduce the risk of apps falling several versions behind, where upgrades become more complex and harder to estimate.

A longer cycle should also provide more API stability, which matters as companies introduce AI tools and agentic workflows into their processes 🤖

What do you think of this change?

Top 5 Angular 22 features your users will thank you for ⚡

⚙️ Your app is getting slower by the day, and your users are paying the price.

If you’re looking for a sign to upgrade, this is it.

Here are five Angular 22 features that’ll help keep your app running at peak performance:

1️⃣ OnPush as default change detection
→ More predictable rendering, less unnecessary work. A natural fit for signals and zoneless apps.

2️⃣ Incremental hydration by default
→ Easier setup, more consistent performance-oriented defaults across projects.

3️⃣ Route injector cleanup (experimental)
→ Better memory management; resources tied to unused routes get released instead of lingering. A win for large route trees and long-lived sessions.

4️⃣ Lazy service injection
→ Rarely used services load only when needed, cutting startup costs and speeding up initial load. Cleaner API, less boilerplate too.

5️⃣ Caching resource for SSR
→ Already resolved values get reused on the client instead of re-fetched, making hydration smoother and cutting duplicate loading.

And see if it's finally time to stop putting off that upgrade 🛠️

Does this sound like your team right now? 🤨👇

⚪ Everyone uses AI differently, without shared processes
⚪ You’re not sure what you're getting for your AI spend
⚪ Seniors spend more time fixing AI-generated code than ever
⚪ Leadership asks, "Why aren't we faster with AI?" and you have no real answer

“I do not think AI will actually replace devs, for multiple reasons. The AI utopia is already starting to fail — it is now way more expensive than expected.” 💡

That’s a quote from Gérôme Grignon, the Founder of Angular Devs France, in our new chapter on AI in “The Ultimate Guide to Angular Evolution”.

AI is already everywhere, including in tech.

⚙️ But what does that actually mean for Angular teams? How should you use AI in day-to-day development? Will it change team structures?

There are still more questions than clear answers.

→ That’s why we created a dedicated chapter on AI in our ebook.

By reading it, you’ll get practical insights from Google-recognized experts (GDEs) and long-time Angular practitioners, helping you navigate this AI-driven tech world with more confidence.

Special thanks to other experts who shared their insights: Fanis Prodromou, Mateusz Stefańczyk, Alain Chautard, Luca Del Puppo, David Müllerchen, Dmytro Mezhenskyi, Fatima AMZIL, Connie Leung, Stefan Haas, Rainer Hahnekamp, Marko Stanimirović

Your website is often the front door to your services. But if someone can't use it, they can't buy, apply, book, or get help 😬

Which is why accessibility matters ↓

⚠️ If you run a website in the US, aside from losing potential clients, non-compliance can lead to lawsuits or settlements costing companies up to $20,000.

That’s because the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires open access for all.

→ Whether it's an e-commerce store, a SaaS platform, a healthcare portal, or a local business, your business might be at risk, meaning this guide is for you.

📚 Inside, we break down what ADA compliance actually means in 2026, what the law requires, and how to get there without starting from scratch.

Learn how to move in the right direction before accessibility becomes a legal problem.
