Today we released Blackmagic Camera 8.6 Public Beta which adds support for cloud workflows on Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera and Cinema Camera 6K. This update allows you to upload clips from the camera's new media pool to Blackmagic Cloud and even upload directly to DaVinci Resolve projects.

Blackmagic Camera 8.6 Public Beta also adds we**am support from the USB‑C connection of Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera and Cinema Camera 6K. This means you can connect to computers and stream live video using any major streaming software or platform in full HD resolution 1080p quality. With this new we**am support, you can live stream your shoot to clients from a remote location, anywhere in the world.

In addition, this update adds the ability to update and manage your camera via Ethernet, support for REST APIs for remote camera control, secure login and password support, network time protocol support, web media manager support, file transfer protocol support and SMB file sharing support.

Today we announced Blackmagic Web Presenter HD, a self contained streaming solution that includes a broadcast quality H.264 processor for direct streaming to platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and more. The new Web Presenter HD is a compact design that includes a 12G-SDI input with down converter, so you can connect to HD or Ultra HD equipment and stream in full 1080p video. Also included is a built in front panel with LCD and menus, USB we**am features, plus a unique monitoring output with audio meters, streaming status and full SDI and embedded audio technical details.
