Most businesses do not yet realize that AI-agent–based businesses need a new kind of foundation. AI agents require a shared memory system where all important business information lives in one place. Things like customers, products, invoices, and services need to be clearly identified and stored together, along with their full history, so nothing is lost or fragmented. The purpose of this system is to bring all business data together into a single, reliable source of truth that AI can understand and use. This is what I am building right now.
