Grzegorz Wilczura will be speaking about: “Just in Time Architecture – Architecture as Code with Backstage”.

In this session, Grzegorz will show how to create a “living” architecture diagram that evolves together with your system – even in a multi-repo setup. You’ll see how to treat architecture as part of the codebase, with changes managed through pull requests and code reviews.

The approach is technology-agnostic and doesn’t require prior knowledge of Backstage. Using simple tools like YAML, you can document your system in a way that stays relevant, while Backstage helps visualize it.

If you’re looking for a way to make architecture documentation a natural and consistent part of your development process, this session is worth checking out.
