The brief was clear:
these apartments shouldn’t look like a catalogue.
They should feel like they have a soul. ✨

That meant moving away from anything too safe,
too polished,
or too… well, standard.

For Robin Wood by MaMa Pioneers and Marc Koehler Architects, we created interiors that embrace a more expressive direction. Bright colors, bold shapes and a sense of ease that makes the spaces look lived-in rather than staged.

For example,
🟡 furniture we chose were not a matching set. It was more like a collection of pieces gathered over time by someone who loves good design.
🟣 Color palettes are not your typical shades or beige or gray. Rather something a creative person would go for.
🟠 Decor looks like it has a story behind it. Maybe it’s a souvenir from distant travel? Or a family heirloom?

The result is a set of interior visualizations that are curated and coherent without being overdesigned. They suggest personality instead of perfection. But speak directly to the kind of people this project was designed for.

And that’s exactly the point.

Not every project wants to look polished.
Some want to feel… a little rebellious. ⚡

Robin Wood by MaMa Pioneers is one of them.

From the very beginning, it was clear this wouldn’t be “just another residential development”. The whole idea behind it was to create a place for a specific kind of community. Creative, social, maybe even going against the flow a bit.

And that changes everything.

Because when a project is built around a strong identity like that, marketing can’t be generic or boring. And visuals have to look the part.

We were happy to create a set matching that mindset. Not forcing a clean, overly perfected look. But lean into a more free-spirited direction. 🪁

We went for openness, bold colors and “chance encounters” that encourage social interactions. We built storytelling around creative people who like to keep it casual. They stay active, they surf and sail. ⛵ They appreciate the value of community and cherish their individuality.

That’s who Robin Wood is built for.

And that’s who we were communicating with through our visualizations.

Next week we’ll share a few interior shots we created for this project as well. They’re even more vibrant and full of personality, so stay tuned for that.

Large-scale urban projects are impressive. ✨

But they’re not always easy to read from eye-level renders.

Explaining relationships between new design and the existing city, communication routes or green spaces need one crucial ingredient. Perspective.

That’s where aerial shots bring much-needed clarity. 🎯

For the Rákosrendező competition entry, we used aerial views to show how the proposal fits into the bustling Budapest landscape. Judging committees in competitions like these need to be sure, the new design will not disrupt the function of the city. But actually make it more convenient for the citizens.

So we used aerial shots to prove Voids Strategy, Architectural Studio and Idefix Landscape Architecture proposal check all those boxes.

We showed how the neighbourhood connects to both rail and car transportation. There’s plenty of public and recreational spaces planned. And green roof terraces make the buildings blend into the natural environment. Almost as if the neighbourhood was there from the start.

We’re happy we could support our client with this ambitious project. And help them secure a priority purchase award in a competitive international contest like this.

Congratulations to the team of Voids Strategy, 4 plusz Építész Stúdió Kft. and Idefix Landscape Architecture on receiving a priority purchase award in the Rákosrendező urban competition in Budapest.

Truly visionary project.
Impressive scale.
Top-tier competition.

Great to see this project recognized in such a prestigious international contest. 👏 And we’re glad we could contribute with our visualizations.

For a project of this scale, we wanted to show how it performs over time. Across seasons. And through changing light, weather and everyday use.

That’s why, instead of focusing on a single “perfect” moment, we built a series of visuals capturing how people could enjoy the project across different seasons of the year.

🌿From family time by the water in vibrant spring.
🌤️Through backyards bursting with life and activity during lush summer.
🍂 And enjoying coffee or a stroll surrounded by colorful fall foliage.
❄️ To ️a day of fun and ice-scating on a snowy winter evening.

Starting from a mass model, we developed the full architectural content using a combination of 3D and AI-supported workflows. This allowed us to move quickly, explore multiple seasonal scenarios and maintain consistency across all images.

A flexible approach that proved especially valuable in a fast-paced competition environment.

We’re proud to have supported the team in this ambitious urban proposal. Stay tuned for more visuals coming next week.

Designing a neighbourhood for families is one thing. Marketing it is another.

From day one, you need one key ingredient:
Trust.

Your message has to feel reliable, relatable and believable. And one of the most effective ways to reinforce it is through visuals built around everyday life. Real moments people instantly recognise and connect with.

For the Weidepark project, our role was to support that direction. We created visualizations and a short animation consistent with that message. And flexible enough to work across a sales landing page and social media.

We built the narrative around simple, familiar scenes:
👉 children playing outside, yet still within their parents’ sight;
👉 neighbours stopping for a friendly chat, clearly knowing each other on a first-name basis;
👉 a meadow, water and natural courtyards just outside the doorstep, with shops and amenities still close by.

We carefully composed everything to support our client’s marketing strategy. To show potential buyers that this is a neighbourhood truly designed for families.

Happy to see it helped launch Weidepark with a strong impact.

Uncertainty.

That’s one of the biggest roadblocks in residential marketing.

Buyers see plans, numbers and specifications, but what they really want to understand is: what will it actually feel like to live here?

That’s where the idea of livability becomes a powerful marketing tool. It bridges the gap between:

“I can’t picture it” and “I can see myself living here.”

Interior animation is particularly effective at communicating that.

It allows us to capture livability through small moments that define daily life: the quiet rhythm of a morning, the comfort of a familiar routine, the intimacy of home.

For the Woodstock project by Timpaan, KAW Architecten and LAP Landscape & Urban Design, our interior animation focused on that dimension. Instead of highlighting individual design features, we showed a single moment in time. Something familiar. Something that evokes positive emotions.

Something that makes people think:

“That’s what I want my life to look like.”

If you’re looking for a visual package that helps potential buyers reach that moment of decision, we’d be happy to help.

Animated content consistently outperforms static visuals. 🥇

Depending on a platform, videos can generate up to 6 times more engagement. They drive more shares and keep people on the page longer.

This makes animation a powerful tool in residential marketing campaigns. You can use it for anything from investment landing pages to social media posts, and from teaser content to sales materials.

And using animations is even more exciting today. Because now, new tools allow us to get more creative with the story instead of worrying about render times and technical limitations.

We can focus more on narrative, details and emotion. Plus, keep the visuals highly realistic, relevant to potential buyers and tailored to the project.

That’s what we did for the exterior animation of the Woodstock project by , KAW Architecten and LAP Landscape & Urban Design. We focused on the experience, and directing small moments that help viewers see glimpses of everyday life in the neighbourhood.

And in residential projects like this one, that feeling can make all the difference.

When a residential project enters the market, images are often the first real contact potential buyers have with their future home.

That’s why visualizations need to start selling the space right away. Helping people imagine themselves living in the new development.

And for many buyers, interiors are key to fueling that dream. Because that’s where everyday life happens.

So interior renders need to show more than the layout. They need to show a vision of life.

In the marketing package we prepared for Timpaan’s Woodstock project, interior visuals played exactly that role. One important task was addressing different groups of buyers with different lifestyle needs, and helping them imagine themselves in one of Woodstock’s many apartment types.

We focused on capturing small moments future residents might experience in their everyday lives:
🔹 A quiet morning, coffee in hand, in a compact apartment designed for young professionals
🔹 A lively day full of family activities in a spacious home.
🔹 A a relaxed afternoon on the couch in a comfortable place to unwind.

Because that’s the value buyers are really looking for.

For this project, we worked closely with Timpaan, KAW Architecten and LAP Landscape & Urban Design to create a full visual marketing package including visualizations, cinemagraphs, animations and 2D plans.

Stay tuned, we’ll be sharing more visuals from this project in the coming weeks.

Flowers are nice.
But this year, to celebrate International Women’s Day, the ladies of Vivid Vision had something else in mind 🪓

The team surprised them with something they’d been joking about for a long time: an axe throwing session. We stepped out to the beach just outside our office, and turned it into a temporary throwing range.

The results were… very impressive. Turns out our team is just as precise with axes as they are with pixels.

Jokes aside, this day was about celebrating the women who bring talent, creativity, sharp thinking (and very good aim, apparently) to everything we do.

We’d like to take this opportunity to wish all the best for International Women’s Day to the amazing women in our team and across the entire industry. 💐

Thanks to Wiking Axe Throwing Club Wrocław for helping us organize this event.

Building an entire residential development using CLT construction was a bold move on Timpaan's part. And a truly visionary one. ✨

Their ambitious Woodstock project was designed in colaboration with KAW Architecten and LAP Landscape & Urban Design. It comprises of 45 apartments in Westwijk, the Netherlands. It’s designed for people who want to live in tune with nature. Green courtyards and carefully planned public spaces fill every available corner, encouraging residents to connect with each other and making sustainability part of everyday life.
Designing sustainable housing is one thing.
But how do you show its value to potential buyers?
This was our task.
For this project, our team delivered a complete visual marketing package:
🔹 6 exterior visualizations
🔹 6 interior visualizations
🔹 2 animations
🔹 1 cinemagraph
🔹 2D plans
But instead of presenting sustainability as a technical feature, we chose to show it as a way of life.
In our visuals, environmentally friendly solutions become part of everyday decisions people can feel good about. Wildflower meadows create a serene, almost idyllic atmosphere, while timber construction challenges common misconceptions about durability, style and scale.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing more visuals from this project, starting with the exterior visualizations and cinemagraph you see in this post. 👉
Stay tuned to see the whole package.

When you’re selling residential projects do you sell just square meters? Do you sell sustainable solutions? Or durable materials?

No!

You sell a lifestyle.

People will buy, if they look at your development and think: “Yeah, this is a place I will fit right in and call home.”

Here’s a secret: don’t leave imagining that life for your clients to do. Make it visual and crispy clear. You need to show on examples how your design decisions translate to the quality of their everyday living.

Take Zwemmerslaan in Haarlem for example. We prepared a set of visualizations for this housing concept. But instead of just timber façades and generous greenery we focused on everyday experience of living there.

🔹 Green courtyards became a place kids can play ball in a safe environment.
🔹 Shared gardens provide more than food - they bring satisfaction and chance to meet with the neighbours.
🔹 Cafés and shops activate the community, and make everyday shopping so much easier.

This is the value.
This is what sells.

Because good architecture’s one thing, but making lifestyle tangible is another.

If you’re looking for visuals that will translate your design into value, give us a call. We’ll be happy to help.
