Great teamwork starts with strong foundations.

Recently, two of our teams from across Poland took part in culinary team-building workshops.
One team joined a cooking workshop. The other rolled sushi. Different format, same value: creating something together, trying something new, and strengthening their connections as a team. 💪

Because great collaboration does not grow only through projects, meetings, and product goals. It also comes from shared moments that deepen trust, bring fresh energy, and make everyday teamwork even better.

At MasterBorn, real relationships are a big part of what makes our teams work so well.
Strong teams are built in many ways. Sometimes, over sushi rolls. Sometimes, around the kitchen table. 🔪

🚀 AI Hackathon 2025 Innovation in Action!
Last month, we proved once again that innovation is not a slogan at MasterBorn, but it’s who we are.

We hosted our internal AI Hackathon, and the results were beyond expectations:
21 people. 9 teams. 10 hours. 9 working AI apps delivered.

What made the day truly special wasn’t just the output, it was the energy:
- fast learning
- fearless experimenting
- teamwork across roles
- tons of laughter, curiosity, and creativity

(We proved that everyone can build with AI. And that’s exactly the culture we’re building:

💡 innovation is encouraged (and practiced),
💡 and ambitious ideas turn into working solutions fast)

We’re proud of what the teams created and even more excited for what comes next. This is only the beginning and we’re just getting warmed up 🫡

For some, it was a piece of cake. For others, their legs are still recovering. But for everyone, it was a chance to support amazing kids! 🏃‍♂️

24 of our teammates hit the pavement, track, and forest trails - not just in Wrocław and across Poland, but also in Nashville and New York - to run in the Bieg Firmowy (Company Run). 💛

When kids are fighting big battles, the least we can do is make the most of our teamwork and power through a bit of muscle soreness for them.

Congrats to everyone for finishing the race, breaking personal records, and crushing their first runs! This was our fourth Company Run, and we’re already looking forward to the next one.

Design systems, animations, and literally everything visual – meet Damian Fejdasz, our Design Team Lead from Tarnowskie Góry! 💜

He kicked off his design career at just 17, working across print, advertising, and branding before finding his groove in product design. Fast forward a few years, and he’s grown from Junior to Team Lead right here at MasterBorn.

What drives Damian most? “I draw on past project experience to design interfaces that don’t just meet user and business needs—they also feel branded and inviting to use. Beyond design, I’ve discovered something that gives me an extra spark: No-Code.

But what truly fuels me is working with the design team.🙌 Supporting their growth and constantly improving how we work—that’s what it’s all about. Thanks, Design Team! I’m incredibly grateful for the path and growth I’ve experienced here.”
