Micro Solutions IT company focusing on the development and implementation of medical and laboratory software (LIMS / LIS). It also provides outsourcing services.

Micro Solutions was founded in 2008 when, after years of work in the Meta Systems GmbH (Germany), we have decided to commercialize our experience gained in the form of the creation of a professional company aimed at helping customers all around the world. In addition to Meta Systems also we cooperate among others with: Karolinska Hospital Solna, Medical University of Wroclaw, Foundation of Medical

University in Wroclaw, SPSK No. 1 in Wroclaw, networks of genetic and cytogenetic laboratories in the United States. Currently, we are focusing mainly on two types of activities:
- We offer commercial laboratory software type LIS / LIMS, with special emphasis on genetics, cytogenetic and scientific laboratories and medical software type HIS for hospitals, clinics and private medical practices,
- We perform outsourcing services in the field of code analysis and programming. Because in the course of our business activity we already had the good fortune to meet and include into our team very valuable and talented people who share our passions, we can calmly say that in the Micro Solutions, we are able to realize almost any programming task, regardless of the field. Our advantages are primarily:

We’re looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our international team working on the development and modernization of a Laboratory Information System (LIS).

This role requires working remotely from Poland, with availability aligned mainly with the Eastern US time zone (GMT-6) and readiness to attend meetings with clients in the Pacific US time zone (GMT-9).

🔧 What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain applications using C #, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL
• Work with both modern technologies and legacy systems (.NET Framework 4.7, VB)
• Use Vue 3 and KnockoutJS in frontend development
• Collaborate with the team and clients to design optimal solutions
• Expand system functionalities within the client ecosystem
• Perform analysis, optimization, code reviews, and testing
• Create technical documentation
• Work closely with BA and QA teams
• Learn project business logic to support future development
• Follow Agile/Scrum development practices

✅ Requirements
• Availability to work close to US time zones (GMT-6 / GMT-9)
• Very good English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Developer
• Strong knowledge of .NET and C #
• Experience with JavaScript and understanding of Vue.js
• Experience working with SQL (preferably MSSQL)
• Experience with Git
• Strong code analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with tools such as Jira

⭐ Nice to have
• Experience with Azure Cloud solutions
• Background in medical or laboratory systems

Join Micro Solutions and support the digital transformation of medical, diagnostic, and research laboratories. As a Product Specialist in LIS/LIMS, you will be a key partner for our clients, responsible for developing long-term relationships, analyzing laboratory processes, and presenting the value of our LIMS solutions. You will also actively support the sales process from first contact to contract signing.

🔍 Your responsibilities:

- Build and develop long-term relationships with clients from the medical, laboratory, life sciences, and pharmaceutical sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and reach out to potential customers
- Co-create and execute sales strategies for LIMS products
- Analyze and optimize client and laboratory processes
- Prepare offers, presentations, and system demonstrations
- Create and maintain implementation and project documentation
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings
- Negotiate cooperation terms and support the sales process end-to-end
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs in the MedTech / HealthTech sector

✅ Our requirements:

- University degree in a laboratory-related field (biotechnology, chemistry, pharmacy, medical analytics, or similar)
- Excellent command of English (min. C1) and good command of Polish (min. B2)
- Experience with LIS/LIMS systems or working in a laboratory environment
- Experience in managing sales processes
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to independently identify sales opportunities
- Willingness to travel occasionally
