They chose Beevo to develop a new B2B and B2E e-commerce platform. The solution ensures a seamless experience across all channels, with advanced features such as real-time stock management, intelligent checkout, product comparison, saved carts, and a vendor portal that provides a 360º view of customers and daily operations.
The product page integrates real-time stock availability by warehouse, providing an immediate overview of product availability and allowing customers to plan collection from the most convenient location.
A kit functionality was integrated to clearly and structurally present all items included in the offer. Through this approach, customers can quickly understand the composition of the bundle, eliminating any doubts about what they are actually purchasing.
The optional accessories section on the product page was designed to facilitate purchase customization according to each customer’s needs. When an extra item is selected, it is immediately linked to the main product in the cart, ensuring that the additional cost is transparently reflected in the total price.
The platform is fully integrated with Cegid PHC, ensuring centralized and efficient management of products, stock, pricing, orders, and customers. It enables real-time synchronization between the management system and the online store, ensuring that all information remains consistently updated across all sales channels.
The integration with Mailchimp enables automated and personalized communication strategies, with features such as automated email flows, newsletter management, and abandoned cart recovery. This solution helps increase customer engagement, online conversion rates, and retention.
