We’re excited to share that our partner, Visualdisplay, has successfully collaborated with Field's, the largest shopping centre in Copenhagen, Denmark, to install Qube, our advanced queue management system designed to make waiting more flexible and enjoyable.
With Qube, customers can now effortlessly scan a QR code with their smartphones to generate an e-ticket and monitor their queue status in real-time, freeing them to explore the stores rather than waiting in line.

For Field’s, the system also offers valuable insights into queue behaviour, enabling ongoing enhancements to create an even smoother and more enjoyable customer experience.
