When we started 2025, we were excited about how our size-recommendation technology was already helping jewelry and smart-ring brands around the world. Little did we know just how much impact it would end up having. As the year unfolded, our product evolved from a sizing tool into something much bigger: a true growth lever for our customers, made possible through close collaboration and shared learning.
Here’s what 2025 revealed:
Data & insights - Buyers engage with our solution even before choosing a size or adding to cart. We’re only beginning to grasp the value for our customers of knowing what size their own clients need - even when that size isn’t ultimately available. They can segment these insights by geography, product line, and even SKU, unlocking a completely new layer of customer understanding.
Smart demand analysis - Our technology doesn’t just show what customers buy, it reveals what they wanted to buy. This allows brands to see whether their assortment and stock match the real demand. This uncovers the 20-60% of demand that would otherwise be left unserved, and the massive business opportunity behind it.
Getting sizing right - With these insights and the results of our own research (more on this soon!), we help customers fine-tune their sizing strategy to better cover real demand. The impact goes far beyond ecommerce: from production and sourcing, to in-store retail teams, sizing stops being guesswork and becomes data-driven.
And of course, at the core of all this, our Al-driven size-recommendation technology continues to do what it does best: increase conversion, reduce returns, improve customer experience, and support more sustainable retail...
