CHEERS TO 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!🍾
Hi! In the last few days new people have arrived here and nothing like introducing myself on this day in which I celebrate 10 years of business🥂

I’m a designer and artist, founder of .design the person through whom everything passes. I am a specialist in watercolor and bespoke illustrated stationery! But above all, an enterpreneur, resilient woman, with a lot of love for my work!

As a romantic that I am, transforming my clients love stories into pieces of stationery to remember for a lifetime, fills my soul.

But not everything was easy during these 10 years. I had and still have many ups and downs, obstacles along the way, challenges and at various times I felt like giving up. Entrepreneurship is a daily battle. But are my clients and everyone who believes in me, especially my husband, family and friends, who give me the strength to continue creating magic on this side! Thank you to everyone who supports me and my business on this side. Without you, I wouldn’t be celebrating this important milestone in my history as a business owner! 🫶🏻

🇵🇹10 anos Invite Mi! 🍾 Olá, nos últimos dias chegaram aqui novas pessoas! Nada que me apresentar no dia em que celebro 10 anos de negócio 🥂

Sou designer e artista, fundadora da Invite Mi, a pessoa por onde tudo passa. Sou especialista em aguarela e estacionário ilustrado! Mas acima de tudo uma mulher empreendedora, resiliente, com muito amor pelo que faz!

Como romântica que sou, transformar as histórias de amor dos meus clientes em pedaços de estacionário para recordarem para toda a vida enche-me a alma.

Mas nem tudo foram rosas durante estes 10 anos.
Tive e tenho muitos altos e baixos, pedras no caminho, desafios e em vários momentos senti vontade de desistir. Empreender é uma batalha diária. Só quem passa por isto sabe!

Mas são os meus clientes e todos os que acreditam em mim em especial o meu marido, família e amigos, que me dão força para continuar deste lado a criar magia! 🇺🇸 D&J BESPOKE WEDDING INVITATION FULL OF WATERCOLORS!

The couple trusted in me and my creativity from the very first minute and that filled my heart. The ideas immediately started to bubble and the pattern for the envelope liner and monogram were automatically created in my head.
Then I added the illustration of the space where they got married in 🇧🇷 Brazil, at the request of my bride and the schedule of the moments of the day! It is so beautiful, don’t you think? And it’s one of the invitations I most enjoyed creating and also because it was for a wedding outside Portugal. Simple, elegant. Timeless! Thank you D&J and congratulations on the new stage of your life together!😉💓

🇵🇹O CONVITE ILUSTRADO A AGUARELA E EXCLUSIVO DA D&J!

Os noivos confiaram na minha criatividade desde o primeiro minuto e isso encheu o meu coração. As ideias começaram logo a borbulhar e na minha cabeça automaticamente nasceu o padrão do forro do envelope e o monograma. Depois adicionei a ilustração do espaço onde casaram no 🇧🇷 Brasil, a pedido da minha noiva e o cronograma dos momentos do dia! Ficou lindo. E é dos convites que mais gostei de criar, também por ter sido num casamento fora de Portugal.
Simples, elegante. Intemporal! Obrigada D&J e parabéns pela nova etapa da vossa vida a dois!

UM CONVITE MARAVILHOSO, COM A VISTA PARA O DOURO EM AGUARELA E DETALHES TOTALMENTE EXCLUSIVOS.

Desenhar um convite de raíz é colocar nas peças não só o design, mas também a minha arte e especialidade que é a aguarela.
Todas as aguarelas são criadas de forma única para contar cada história de cada casal.

Não há como não apreciar um convite assim, com detalhe, mas ao mesmo tempo simples. Um convite que respira arte!

Designing an invitation from scratch means putting into the pieces not only the design, but also my art and specialty, which is watercolor. All watercolors are created in a unique way to tell each couple’s story.

There’s no way not to appreciate an invitation like this, with detail, but at the same time simple. An invitation that breathes art!

UM CONVITE INSPIRADO NO DOURO.

Para dar as boas-vindas à Primavera, nada como este convite primaveril, cheio de cor, de verde, de natureza.
Inspirado no Douro, nas vinhas, no vinho, nas cores do casamento.

Um projeto muito querido que tenho no meu coração. A Andreia e o Miguel confiaram plenamente em mim, foram uns queridos sempre. Foram meses e meses de emails e contacto. E mesmo sendo tudo à distância correu tudo super bem!

Foi um gosto enorme fazer parte de um dos dias mais importantes da vida deles!

AN INVITATION INSPIRED BY THE DOURO VINEYARDS.

To welcome Spring, there’s nothing like this spring invitation, full of color, green and nature.
Inspired by the Douro, the vineyards, the wine, the wedding colors.

A very dear project that I have in my heart.
Andreia and Miguel completely trusted me, they were always so dear and kind to me. There were months and months of emails and contact. And even though everything was remote, everything went really well!

It was a great pleasure to be part of one of the most important days of their lives!

FONTANA DI TREVI EM AGUARELA!
Para quem não sabe:

Sim. Também faço só ilustrações para o que pretenderem.
Um serviço que tenho há pouco mais de um ano e que me dá muito gosto!

Criar aguarelas, só porque sim, deixa-me de coração cheio. É verdade que adoro aplicá-las aos convites dos meus noivos. Mas também adoro criar apenas a aguarela para os casais e outros clientes que me procuram.

Espero que gostem desta minha abordagem à famosa fonte barroca italiana. E sim, ilustrada à mão, 100% em papel de aguarela.

For those who don't know:

Yes. I also do “just” the illustrations for whatever you want. A service that I have had for just over a year and that I really like!

Creating watercolors, just because, fills my heart. It's true that I love applying them to my couples invitations. But I also love creating watercolors for couples and other clients who choose me.

I hope you enjoy my take on the famous Italian baroque fountain. And yes, illustrated by hand, 100% on watercolor paper.

Wedding stationery is not an extra.
It’s essential!

Anyone who tells you otherwise will be lying to you.
Here’s why:

A wedding is not an ordinary event like a birthday, simple dinner or baby shower, for example.

Therefore, you should see it as a formal event of greater importance, a couple’s most special day, and a “once in a lifetime” event.

The stationery is used to:

Formally invite your guests; inform guests about the most important details; help organize the day; complement the decoration of the venue; cherish your loved ones…etc.

CONVITE APAIXONANTE E COLORIDO!

Continuo a babar com este convite.
Foi um projeto belíssimo, com cores ousadas e fora da caixa e variadíssimos tipos de impressão e acabamentos que deixaram o convite ainda mais único e exclusivo.

Mas aqui o que achei mais giro mesmo foi ilustrar a aguarela uma flor diferentes que, como a noiva, se chama capucine e que serviu de inspiração também para a decoração do dia e para o design floral dos convites! Foi um desafio também desenhar esta flor tão própria, com tons do amarelo, vermelho ao laranja vivo!

🇺🇸 PASSIONATE AND COLORFUL INVITATION!

I continue to drool over this invitation.
It was a beautiful project, with bold, out-of-the-box colors and a wide variety of printing types and finishes that made the invitation even more unique and exclusive.

But here what I found really cool was illustrating in watercolor a different flower which, like the bride, is called capucine and which also served as a inspiration for the day’s decoration and for the floral design of the invitations! It was also a challenge to draw this unique flower, with shades from yellow, red to bright orange!

In my previous post I left all the details about the types of printing and finishes!

ESTE É “O CONVITE”!

Sofisticado, colorido, ousado e com os acabamentos mais bonitos!

Produzido com 4 tipos de impressão diferentes: Impressão digital para as aguarelas Alto relevo seco no forro e no verso do convite Letterpress no texto a verde escuro Termoestampagem em foil dourado nos nomes e outros detalhes

Além disso tem acabamentos belíssimos como: Cortante especial do envelope Lacre personalizado Forro decorativo em papel colorido com relevo seco E o cartão principal é de mais de 600gs, ou seja, bem espesso e luxuoso. E o fine paper lindíssimo num tom branco intemporal!

Como não amar estes acabamentos que tornam o convite em algo mais do que “apenas” um convite? É uma verdadeira experiência sensorial!

Poder sair da minha zona de conforto e experimentar vários processos no mesmo convite é incrível! O Diogo além de meu parceiro é hoje, um amigo e, por isso, a C&D deixaram-me emocionada quando me pediram para desenhar os seus convites de sonho. Tenho-os no meu 🤍Obrigada por me escolherem!

Sophisticated, colorful, bold and with the most beautiful finishes!

Produced with 4 different printing processes: Digital printing for watercolors Embossing on the liner and back of the invitation Letterpress in dark green for the text Gold foil on names & other details

In addition, it has beautiful finishes such as: Special envelope cut Custom wax seal Decorative liner in colored paper with embossing Main card with more than 600gs, which is very thick and luxurious. And beautiful fine paper in a timeless white tone!

How can you not love these premium finishes? They make it an unusual exclusive piece, unique and memorable!

Being able to step out of my comfort zone and try several printing processes in the same invitation is incredible!

Diogo, besides being a business partner of mine, is now a friend and, therefore, C&D made me emotional when they asked me to design their dream invitations. I have them in mine🤍

A S&C ESCOLHERAM ESTAS PEÇAS EM VEZ DOS TRADICIONAIS MENUS…
Para colocar na mesa, para os convidados.

Os noivos queriam um cartão que iria servir como mercador de lugar, reutilizando o lacre personalizado que usamos nos convites e no verso iriam deixar uma mensagem especial para cada um dos presentes.

No caso da Sara e Claudio escreveram as mensagens à mão, mas uma ideia gira pode ser criar um texto bonito de agradecimento para os convidados em geral e imprimir no verso.

Ideia fora da caixa, simples e elegante!
O que acharam?
🇺🇸 S&C CHOSE THESE CARDS INSTEAD OF THE TRADITIONAL MENUS…
To place on the table for guests.

The bride and groom wanted a card that would serve as place card, reusing the custom seal we used on the invitations and on the back they would leave a special message for each of those present.

In the case of S&C, they wrote the messages by hand, but a cool idea could be to create a beautiful thank you text for guests in general and print it on the back.

Out of the box idea, simple and elegant!
