For someone coming from economics and management, marketing followed naturally. Mário Santos joined Cleva in 2015 through a professional internship and today leads the marketing department. Understanding the business first turned out to be the best preparation for explaining it.

In B2B, visibility works differently. Buying cycles are long, audiences are specific, and every message has to earn the attention of people who already know the market well. That is where his work sits: giving Cleva a consistent voice in the market, across content, events, social media and the website.

Reinforcing the team with technical and creative profiles changed the pace. "Our solutions are complex, so the way we explain them matters as much as what they do", he says. Bringing those two worlds together is what brings clients closer to Cleva.

Having been with Cleva for around five years, Bruno Chasqueira shares that working at the company has always been a personal goal. Today, he plays a key role in client support, an area where he finds true satisfaction and purpose.

With a strong interest in the insurance business, Bruno is drawn to its many nuances and variables. Combined with Cleva’s software, this complexity provides him with continuous challenges that keep him engaged and motivated in his day-to-day work.

Rui Carvalho has been with Cleva for 12 years. Today he is part of the Non-Life Support team, where the main goal is to ensure high-quality, fast and effective responses to clients.

Looking back on his journey, Rui values Cleva's strong internal organisation, the continuous investment in training, and the care put into welcoming and integrating new colleagues. For him, these are the foundations that keep the company ready for whatever the market brings next.

What stands out most to Rui is the strong spirit of collaboration across teams. He believes that the sense of camaraderie and shared motivation truly define Cleva’s culture, making it, in every sense, a great place to work.
