Having been with the company for nearly three decades, Luís Oliveira is responsible for the Non-Life Development area within the Product Delivery structure.

With nearly 10 years at Cleva, Sofia Amorim leads the Sales & Marketing area, promoting alignment, collaboration and close connection with the international market.

With previous experience in multinational companies, she joined an already well-established team and has contributed to the adoption of shared practices, strengthening synergies and knowledge sharing across the commercial team.
