We're Hiring: Technical Pre-Sales Engineer
Are you passionate about designing and delivering cutting-edge IT infrastructure solutions? We're looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design, configure, and implement IT infrastructure solutions, including:
Next-Generation Firewalls
Servers & Storage
Enterprise Wi-Fi Solutions
IP Telephony & Unified Communications
CCTV & Video Surveillance Systems
Time Attendance Systems
Access Control Systems
Network Switching & Routing
Backup, Virtualization, and other enterprise technologies
✔ Conduct customer meetings to understand business and technical requirements.
✔ Prepare solution designs, technical proposals, BOMs, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
✔ Present new technologies and innovative solutions to existing customers while identifying opportunities for business growth.
✔ Work closely with the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle, from solution design to project handover.
✔ Provide technical demonstrations and confidently address customer queries.
✔ Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
✔ Successfully complete and maintain vendor certifications as required by the company across multiple technology brands.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and networking.
Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting multiple IT solutions.
Excellent presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right technical solutions.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
Relevant vendor certifications are an advantage, with a willingness to earn additional certifications.
