Termite Control (Provided on surfaces and objects with cellulose content) is carried out through control measures, which comprise of making a chemical barrier between woodwork and wall/floor in contact with them. Disinfestations Service is effective against cockroaches, silverfish, crickets, posits, etc. The treatment comprises of thorough insecticide spray of entire premises - especially vulnerable places harboring insect pests. Mosquito Control service is undertaken by thorough indoor wall spraying to kill the adult population. Carpet Treatment is effective against carpet beetles and clothes moth. The control measures consist of thorough spraying of carpet with insecticides, while maintaining their color and texture.
Post Construction Anti-Termite Treatment (For Existing Buildings)
Treatment To Masonry Foundation (External Side)
If there is loose soil around the walls of your building, we dig a shovel width trench close to the external wall of the building exposing the foundation wall surface upto a depth of 50cm.
If there exists a concrete cover or masonry apron around the walls of your building, holes are drilled as close as possible to the plinth wall about 300mm (1ft) apart from each other. Insecticide is then poured, so that it reaches the soil to eliminate the termites present there and to stop them from re-infesting. If your building is on pillars, the holes are drilled around the pillars and insecticide poured into the soil.

Pre-Construction Anti Termite Treatment.
If you are planning to build a house or develop your property for building your office, termite control is the first thing you should think of. We use highly professional and advanced techniques for treating the termite infestation problem. Direct liquid treatments are applied to the outside, inside and also in the foundation to eliminate the termites completely. Direct injection of liquid pesticide (termiticide) in areas like the foundation, within the foundation walls and also areas under the concrete slabs is part of our specialized termite control treatment plan.
Treatment Stages:
We treat the sides and bottom surface of the foundation trenches and pits with chemical to a height of about 30cm at the rate of 5 Lit. per square meter of surface area.
Backfill earth on each side of all built up walls, which will be in immediate contact with the foundation, should be treated with chemical at the rate of 7.5Lit. per linear meter of vertical surface of the substructure, to a depth of 45cm and width of 15cm. The chemical shall be directed towards the masonry surfaces so that earth in contact with these surfaces is well treated with the chemical.
Before laying the floor, treat the top surface of the consolidated earth within the plinth walls with chemical at the rate of 5lit. per square meter. Ensure back fill against foundation is treated to its full depth.
Builders should take care that any disruption of the barrier during later construction work (e.g. creation of gardens over the treated barrier), may lead to untreated gaps.
Bed Bug Control
Bed bugs move from place to place along with peoples clothing and baggage. During day time bed bugs hide in tiny cracks and crevices and feed on blood at night.
Pest Pro, Bed bug control services are safe to Humans & pets, we use combination of chemicals with exact formulations & appropriate Concentration depending on the infestation.
Chemicals used by us are certified by FDA & EPA, these chemicals are recommended for Indoor / Domestic Use. One can stay during the treatment, but we recommend children below 4 years, pregnant women & people allergic to chemicals to stay out for 3-4 hours after the service. We recommend you to wash these stuffs after the service as the chemicals are sprayed on these to kill the bedbugs. We recommend Two treatments, the second treatment should be taken after 25 days of the First. We recommend you not to wash the floor with water & Soap for 24 hours & don’t directly inhale the chemical while cleaning, wash your hands thoroughly. (Because few people will be allergic towards the chemical).
We maintain a team of highly trained technicians who employ effective, low impact, low toxicity treatment methods to eliminate your bed bug infestation. We help to eradicate bed bugs from homes, hotels, apartment communities and college dormitories.
Cockroach Control Treatment Service
There are about 4500 Species of cockroach, of which 30 species are associated with human habitation and about 4 species are well known as pests. A female german cockroach carries an egg capsules contains around 40 eggs. She drops the capsules prior to hatching , through lives birth do rarely occur. Development from eggs to adults takes 3 to 4 months. Cockroaches live upto a year. The female may produce up to 8 eggs in lifetime; in favorable conditions, it will produce up to 300-400 offspring. Cockroach excerement and cast skin also contains a number of allergies to which many people exhibit allergic responses , such as skin rashes , watery eyes and sneezing , congestion of nasal passage and asthma . The treatment of cockroaches consists of an advanced Gel baitwhich has no smell, no fuss , no Inconvenience of emptying out or vacating premises. Normal household activity can be carried out without bother. The Gel is applied in spot near and around areas of cockroach activity . Gel Treatment is supplemented by an odor less spray treatment, where required.
Ants Control Treatment
We are engaged in offering expert solutions to our clients for these social insects called Ants that can be found any where let it be lawn, homes, offices & buildings. Our experienced professional are well trained for inspecting and recognizing the foundation places that in turn helps to make the process effective.
Spider Control Services
Providing spider control services offered by us help in controlling the spiders that are generally observed in wall & ceiling corners. They hang upside down in centre of irregular cobweb, where outside sticky threads entangle many insects, especially flies that are bitten & then sucked dry. Females fertilize several times during lifetime with up to nine egg sacs with each containing 200 or more eggs. In successful spider control, sanitation plays a critical part with regular clean up of places which are not visited often & elevated places.
Mosquito Control Services
Mosquitoes go through four stages in their life-cycle.: Egg, Larva,Pupa, and Adult or Imago. The first three stages are aquatic and last 5-14 days , depending upon other species and the ambient temperature; egg hatch to become larvae , then pupae. The principal mosquito born diseases are the Viral Diseases Yellow fever, Dengue fever and Chikangunya , transmitted mostly by the Aedes aegypti , and malaria carried by the genus Anopheles. There are many methods use for mosquito control. Depending on the situation , source reduction , biocontrol , insecticides to kill larvae , or to be specific , adults may be used to manage mosquito populations , these techniques are accomplished using habitat modifications , such as removing stagnant water and other breeding areas , pesticide like DDT , natural predators and trapping are applied.
Protect yourself from annoying mosquitoes
Danger Signs
Active mosquito populations, being bitten

Integrated Fly Management
Fly Control Services
We provide fly control services offered by us help in taking care and eradication of stable fly (stomonys calcifrans), common house fly (musca domestica) and flesh fly (sarca phaga). Unable to distinguish between filth and food, these are also great concern to public health. Moreover, these are also associated with more than 100 disease causing organisms that include typhoid, cholera, amoebic dysentery and others. Besides, their disagreeable presence in houses is also a source of great annoyance.
House fly, Eye Flies & Fruit flies are the common household pests but becomes serious problem when observed in restaurants and food handling units. Especially in rainy seasons the nuisance is more. Flies infestation is a serious threat to life of humans and animals, more than hundreds of pathogens are associated with it causing diseases like typhoid, cholera, bacillary dysentery, etc.
Sanitation is the main key in controlling houseflies. Decaying organic matter such as garbage, wet manure and other such material where flies can breed should be removed from the site. Garbage cans should have tight fitting lids and cleaned regularly. Garbage receptacles should be located as far from building entrance as possible.
Mechanical measures
• Structural Barriers like Air curtains, screens etc.
• Electronic fly killers
• Pheromone traps, Lures, Yellow tape, etc.
Chemical measures
Chemicals (Aerosols – Chemicals that combine with air) are normally suggested to control adult flies. Breeding places has to be treated with suitable insecticides to control maggots. Frequency of services depends on level of infestation and surrounding area
Management of Rats and Mice:
Rodent Treatment Services
Common Rodent include Mice, Rats , Squirrels < Porcupine , Beavers , Chipmunks , Guinea Pigs, and Voles. Rats and mice can be problem in urban , sub - urban and rural areas. They infest old building and crowded , unsanitary areas that exist in urban environment . However , they can also be a problem ever where newer homes and sanitary conditions exist Since this rodents eat practically anything humans eat, they get plenty of food from homes gardens , fruits or nuts trees and even part of some ornamental shrubs and flowers. Garbage disposals also attract rats into household and streets sewer lines. Rats and mice have long been a problem on farms where food is plentiful and convenient nesting sites are both numerous and hard to estimate. Our trained technicians use state-of-the-art materials manufactured-in-house , such as anti-coagulant bait and glue trap.
Rats and mice are among the most widespread and cunning of the animals that live for their food and shelter. Because of this dependency they can sometimes be found even in the best kept premises. They cause epidemics and diseases. Apart from damage and food-contamination their presence can cause acute social embarrassment.
Rats are intelligent and elusive animals and not controlled effectively by merely placing traps and poison. Only a few are ever caught and the remaining quickly learns to stay away from these traps and baits. Rat control thus becomes a very difficult problem and requires the attention of a qualified pest control operator.
Our rat control operates on two levels:
• Elimination of existing rats
• Preventing future infestation.
Rats are mainly of two types:
• House rats and mice
• Field rats
House rats and mice
They also infest offices, shops, godowns etc. Basically, they live indoors. Rats are very suspicious. That is why they cannot be easily controlled by just putting any poison available in the market. Even if some rats eat the poison and die, the remaining learn a lesson and stay away from the poison. This nature of rats is called 'Bait shyness'. To eliminate all the rats, we therefore use a different type of poison - an anti coagulant. It is mixed with a bait material which is very attractive to rats.
It is more effective because rats do not die immediately. They die only after about four days. They therefore do not become bait-shy and the entire population of rats start eating the bait. And after about 8 days, all the rats die.
Field rats
Field rats stay in burrows in the ground. They are poor climbers and cannot climb with the help of the pipes to upper floors. They are controlled by fumigation of their burrows. Burrows are fumigated inserting tablets of phophine gas. The rats die and remain buried in the ground, without any problem of unpleasant odour and disposal of dead bodies.
Prevention from Rats:
In keeping with our maxim that the best control is prevention, we place special emphasis on preventing re-infestation of the premises.
Chemicals can kill rats. They cannot prevent them. Rats can be prevented only mechanically. This can be done by closing all possible entry points, so that rats cannot enter the premises. If rats cannot be physically prevented re-infestation from surrounding areas may be frequent. In such cases we may be able to only minimise the population of rats and may not be able to eradicate them.
You can avail of this scientific rat control by entering into a service contract with us for a year. There is an initial intensive treatment for about 10 days. This is followed by periodical treatments every three months.
Fumigation
Bluechip typically performs fumigation as an adjunct to regular pest control services if pest activity is exceeding the customer’s threshold level. In fact, some customers request fumigation on a routine basis to ensure keeping pest populations low. We undertake fumigation in
• Warehouses – for stored product pests and rodents.
• Food Processing Plants – for stored product pests.
• Commodity Storage Facilities (Grain Bins and Flats) – for grain beetles.
• Hotels/Apartments – for bedbugs.
Birds
Flying Into Trouble?
