Across principal33, our teams and projects organise their own teambuildings.
There isn’t a standard plan. Every team chooses their own version: where to go, what to do and how they want to spend the time together.
So over the past months, our colleagues have been travelling, eating, exploring, trying different activities and, most importantly, enjoying some time away from their everyday work routine.
Some plans are more adventurous, others are simply about good food, a new place and having everyone around the same table. And that’s the nice part about it: every teambuilding is a little different because every team is different.
We gathered a few photos from these days because they’re also part of life at principal33. The work we do together matters, but so do the moments in between.
