Hi, I'm Dumitru, a tech enthusiast who genuinely believes that data and automation can change the way businesses operate. I've been part of the EDC family for 7 years now, and every year brings something new to learn and build. I believe hashtag never stops, and that mindset shapes everything I do, both professionally and personally.

🎤What has been your career path at EDC/Edenred?
I joined EDC as an L2 Support Engineer - hands-on, problem-solving, always in the middle of the action. Over time, I grew into a Senior Automation & Reporting Specialist, where I now focus on building intelligent monitoring systems, automated pipelines, and data-driven reporting solutions.

🎤Your main role today?
✅ Building Power BI dashboards that turn complex data into clear business decisions
✅ Driving observability and alerting across platform infrastructure
✅ Exploring AI/ML solutions to push reporting and monitoring to the next level

🎤 What makes you wake up in the morning?
The feeling that today I might build something better than yesterday. Whether it's a smarter automation, a cleaner dashboard, or a new concept I finally cracked. Edenred Digital Center Bucharest gives me the playground to do exactly that.

I’m in charge of organizing teams and delivering results ✅ on time and within budget. On a personal note, I enjoy 🏓 table tennis and ⛰️ hiking, which help me stay focused and relieve stress.

🔴What has been your career path at Edenred?
I joined EDC as a Project Manager for Medallia in November 2024 then I progressed to my current role as a Project Manager within the Salesforce team, focusing on both operational and activities.

✅ I manage daily operations to keep the system running smoothly
✅ I plan new developments to meet business needs
✅ I look for ways to improve processes

🔴What makes you wake up in the morning?
My daughter, who wakes up before anyone else. 😊

🤝 Bridging the gap between and is one of our priorities. Recently, we hosted a Business Acumen session designed to bring our colleagues closer not only to the business behind the , but also to how they connect and drive success together.

A big thank you to Iulian Alexe and Dan Peltea from UTA Edenred - Romania for the engaging discussion and valuable insights about the business line, offering our teams a clearer perspective on the business context, market dynamics, and how our work supports mobility solutions.

💡 Sessions like these are about fostering between business units, and enabling teams to stay informed, having a broader business perspective. Looking forward to more collaboration moments that connect people, teams, and business.

Something truly inspiring happened recently! 💚 A group of our colleagues came together, rolled up their sleeves, and made a real impact by planting over 100 trees in just one day in southern Romania. Yes, 100 trees! 🌳

That’s 100 new beginnings for the planet, 100 homes for wildlife, and 100 reasons to be proud of being part of this incredible community 🙏.

Thanks to Edenred Romania for this initiative and congrats to our colleagues!

🔴Hey Monica, tell us a bit about yourself 😊
Hi, I’m Monica, or Moni as most people call me. I work as Infrastructure Security Lead at Edenred Digital Center Bucharest and I’m also the mom of 2 pre adolescent kids, which definitely keeps every day interesting. 😊

🔴What is your current role?
As part of the Infrastructure Security team, my role is to keep our on‑prem and cloud environments secure. We define, implement and monitor the security controls that protect the organization, making sure they not only strengthen our defenses but also support what the business needs to grow and operate smoothly.

🔴 What is your guilty pleasure?
Definitely planning the next trip or adventure.

🔴What makes you wake up in the morning?
School prep... breakfast, backpacks, all fun which makes every morning an adventure.

🔴 In 3 words max, what makes you vibe at EDC?
✅ The people, there’s just something about working with like‑minded people who can turn even the trickiest task into child’s play.
✅ The impact, knowing that what we do keeps the things running safely.
✅ The challenge there’s always something exciting to solve.
