Communication took center stage at yesterday’s workshop at our office, “Conversations That Build Teams – it’s not a bug, it’s Communication”.

During the session led by Alexandra Niță, psychotherapist, we explored what shapes the way messages are understood in real situations, from clarity and structure to tone and context.

One of the key reminders was that communication is not just about delivering a message, but about making sure it lands as intended. It was a valuable session with honest conversations and practical insights that we can carry into our everyday work.

We appreciate everyone who shared their perspective and made it such a thoughtful discussion.

A Great Weekend of Competition ⛷️❄️

The slopes in Sinaia came alive during Cupa Carpați 2026 as young skiers filled the course with energy and determination. Each race showed real focus, highlighting the dedication these athletes bring every time they compete.

We’re always happy to support young talent and to be part of events that bring so much passion, sportsmanship, and positive spirit together. It was wonderful to see the atmosphere both on the course and at the awards ceremony. Congratulations to all participants and winners for their performances on the slopes.🏆

The countdown is on! This Saturday, young skiers hit the slopes at Valea Soarelui in Sinaia for a full weekend of energy, focus, and competition. We can’t wait to see everyone at the start gate. 🏁

We believe in initiatives that help young athletes grow in confidence, learn through experience, and develop the mindset inspired by competition and teamwork. Supporting projects that bring communities together and encourage children to discover their potential is something we truly value.

On February 28 and March 1, 2026, the Valea Soarelui slope in Sinaia will host Cupa Carpați 2026, organized by Clubul Sportiv Carpați Sinaia. The competition will bring together alpine skiers from the 2015–2016, 2017–2018, and 2019 & younger categories, girls and boys alike, ready to take on the GS races with determination and enthusiasm.

Registration is open until February 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM, via email at [email protected]. For additional information, Coach Andrei Burchiu can be reached at 0723 328 940.

We are delighted to be part of this inspiring winter event and to cheer on all the athletes stepping up to the start line. Wishing everyone clear skies, strong runs, and many memorable moments on the slopes. ⛷️🏔️

Celebrating the Season with Creativity and Holiday Cheer at Arnia🎄🌟

This year’s Arnia Christmas Party filled our office with creativity, laughter, and the joyful spirit of the holiday season. On December 13th, our team came together to celebrate in a warm and festive atmosphere that brought out the best of our community.

We kicked things off with a creative session inspired by “Joy for All Ages,” where colleagues explored their playful side, shared ideas, and enjoyed a cozy setup filled with holiday magic. It was a wonderful reminder of how creativity connects us and adds something special to life at Arnia.

As the celebration continued, the energy shifted into a relaxed gathering where we shared stories, reflected on the year, and celebrated the strong team spirit that defines Arnia. It was a beautiful moment of connection, gratitude, and festive cheer, the perfect way to close out the year together.

Supporting Young Skiing Talent at Cupa Carpați 2025! 🎿

At Arnia Software, we are committed to encouraging young athletes as they develop their skills and passion for sports. That’s why we’re proud to support the Cupa Carpați 2025, an exciting ski competition organized by Clubul Sportiv Carpați Sinaia!

📅 Save the date! On March 22-23, 2025, the Valea Soarelui slope in Sinaia will host young ski enthusiasts for two days of thrilling competition and fun on the slopes.

The event welcomes both boys and girls, with categories for athletes born between 2013 and 2019. Over the course of two days, participants will take on a GS Race, completing one run each day. Each race will have its own set of awards, while the overall results will contribute to the "Mini Cupa României", adding extra excitement to the event. The competition will conclude with an awards ceremony on the second day, celebrating the dedication and achievements of all participants.
