Requirements:
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Fluent German / French (written and spoken) constitutes an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling the various customer queries through live chat (mostly), email (some) and phone (rarely) to the agreed quality standards
• Working with back-office and internal tools as well as engaging 3rd parties (platform provider) to ensure customer queries are answered and / or resolved in a timely and correct manner
• Following internal procedures and performing required verifications
• Crediting bonuses and promoting the brands’ promotions
• Creating a fun, friendly environment by presenting an empathetic and helpful attitude to the customers
• Actively engaging with customers to increase player activity
