Cautam un nou coleg in echipa noastra pentru o pozitie de junior IT Support. Jobul propus deschide cu siguranta drumul in domeniul IT pentru oricine doreste sa invete si sa progreseze.
Cerintele le regasiti mai jos dar cel mai important pentru noi este sa s capacitatea de a invata si o excelenta comunicare cu oameni din cele mai diverse categorii.
Avem o singura conditie: limba engleza. Se lucreaza numai in companii multinationale.

• Diagnosing problems concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners etc.)

Proiect Part-time: Cautam un nou coleg in echipa noastra pentru o pozitie de junior IT Support. Jobul propus este part-time si deschide cu siguranta drumul in domeniul IT pentru oricine doreste sa invete.

Cerintele le regasiti mai jos dar cel mai important pentru noi este sa se faca remarcata capacitatea de a invata si de a se dezvolta.

Key Responsibilities

• IT support of users

• Hardware installation, movement and de-installation

• Diagnosing problems concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners etc.)

• System and application changes testing in MS Windows 7, 8 & 10 and MS Office 2010, 2013 & 2016/365 environment

• Small project management related with new hardware or software installation

• Software, patches and updates installation using MS SCCM

Required Qualifications:

• Good English verbal as well as written

• Working knowledge of iPads, iPhones, Android and other mobile devices technology

• Knowledge of Windows 7/10 and MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365 environment

• Hardware problems diagnose skills (PC's, laptops, printers etc.)

• Knowledge of LAN, Wireless and VPN technologies to perform basic troubleshooting

• Familiar with printer and multi-functional devices

• Familiar with Audio Video systems

• Willingness to learn new technologies
