𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀?
That was the question behind our 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼: 𝗔𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 at AI Expo Europe 2026: a full hour on stage, a packed room, and dozens of great questions that kept the conversation going well past the demo itself. Thank you to everyone who joined in!
Corina Ilinca, PhD our CEO, presented the capability of our company to build international AI-native teams to help our clients to bring agentic workflows into their own products and processes, from the first agentic pilot to an orchestrated delivery pipeline.
Stefan Cristian Pavel - Agentic AI Architect - showed how Claude Code can power a Software Engineering Factory: a skill that orchestrates multiple AI agents, working sequentially or in parallel.
We covered:
🔹 Skills: reusable capabilities that define how AI approaches a task
🔹 AI agents: specialists for different parts of the engineering process
🔹 AI harnesses: the layer that coordinates agents, tools, context and ex*****on
🔹 Sequential & parallel workflows: the right task, the right agent, the right time
And it’s not just a concept. Vybe (thevybe.ai) was built with this kind of factory, and during the demo we used it to add a new feature to Vybe live, in front of the room.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮: AI is becoming part of the engineering system itself, not just a coding assistant. That means moving from AI-assisted development to AI-native engineering.
A big thank you to the AI Expo Europe team for a space where ideas like these get demonstrated, challenged and discussed in practice. And congrats to our team for bringing it to the stage!
